Join us straight from work for this stretch and wind-down to release any tensions or stresses of the day. Lauren’s mindful approach will help open your body through targeted yoga stretches, and let go of tension through movement, relaxation and breath work. Meditation will encourage grounding your mind back to the present and connect you back to your ‘self’. Great for improving strength, mobility and alignment, releasing tight hips and reducing anxiety.
Choosing a ‘flexi 5’ pass gives access to any well-being class, and is valid for 10 weeks.

About Lauren
Lauren always had a keen interest in movement, discovered early on in life through her involvement in dance. On discovering yoga, Lauren instantly connected with the breath and alignment cues. This cultivated her awareness of how yoga can be used to deepen one’s psyche to connect with the body, creating a feeling of spaciousness and alignment within. She has a First Class Honours Degree in movement and over a decade of teaching experience grounded in Anusara and Vinyasa Flow.
