GENTLE YOGA WITH PIP

Pip’s therapeutic practice will help improve health, develop flexibility, build strength and relieve anxiety.  In these sessions, you will be guided through the basic movements of Hatha yoga with breathing and meditation to help you build your own successful yoga practice.  These sessions are suited to all ages and abilities, whether you’re new to yoga, or simply prefer a gentle practice.

Choosing a ‘flexi 5’ pass gives access to any well-being class, and is valid for 10 weeks.

FLOW WITH LAUREN

Join us straight from work for this stretch and wind-down to release any tensions or stresses of the day.  Lauren’s mindful approach will help open your body through targeted yoga stretches, and let go of tension through movement, relaxation and breath work.  Meditation will encourage grounding your mind back to the present and connect you back to your ‘self’.  Great for improving strength, mobility and alignment, releasing tight hips and reducing anxiety.

Choosing a ‘flexi 5’ pass gives access to any well-being class, and is valid for 10 weeks.
