Shipping & Returns

Photo Prints & Art

Our prints are on a printed-to-order basis with DStudio.  The usual turnaround is 5-10 days using Royal Mail Signed For & Tracked services.

Bespoke made-to-order pieces can take 6-8 weeks, in some cases a little more depending on the complexity of the item.  In these cases, we will keep you informed of progress along the way, particularly where there may be extended wait-times.  

Artwork & Original pieces will be shipped within 3 days of the close of an exhibition. Shipping of original works will be provided by a trusted carrier company.

Approximate delivery times:

UK: 2-5 days

EU & Rest of World: 7-14 days

If you are located outside of the UK your home country may now charge you import duty on any purchases from the UK post Brexit.  This is something we have no control over and cannot alter. We advise you to check your country’s government customs advice before committing to an order. 

Please allow extra time for your delivery due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.

 

Returns

Every print order or online sale associated with the gallery comes with a money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, then you may return the item within 14 days and receive a full refund. 

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition / damaged / missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds (where applicable)

Sale items (where applicable)

We regret that sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (where applicable)

We will endeavour to replace defected or damaged items, but this may not always be possible in the case of one-of-a-kind pieces.  To discuss your options, in the first instance send us an email at hello@blindwell.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item with a value over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this.

Do consider that where you live may affect the length of time it will take for your exchanged item to reach you.
