If you’re new to yoga sometimes it can be difficult to know how to get started. During this 6-week course Pip will guide you through the basic movements of Hatha yoga with breathing and meditation to help you build a successful yoga practice.  Pip’s therapeutic practice will help improve health, develop flexibility, build strength and relieve anxiety.

Suited to all ages and abilities—those who are new to yoga, or prefer a gentle practice.

Pay as you go option available at £10 per session.
