Empowerment Series with Lauren
This 6-week core yoga programme will guide you through a series of weekly sessions giving you the tools to align your mind, body and spirit to find ease, direction, and joy in your life. The sessions are grounded in Anusara and Vinyasa Flow, and consist of physical yoga practices, mindfulness practices, detailed alignment cues and journaling activities.
Suited to those who have already practiced yoga or have previous movement and mindfulness experience.
